For churches

Meet the family before the gate opens.

Families on Restored Network can find churches near where their person is coming home. When a family asks to meet you, you can hear from them before release day, so a mentor and a seat can be ready.

  • Free for churches
  • You see only what a family sends you
  • One contact, one inbox

What a listed church gets

It is free for churches. There is nothing to buy and no plan to pick.

A listing in the directory

Families search the directory by phase and by area. Your church shows up for the people coming home near you.

Introduction requests from families nearby

When a family asks to meet you, it lands in a simple partner inbox. You read it and reply from there.

What you need to help, and nothing more

You see the family member's name and message, their phone or email only if they tick the box to share it, and, after you accept, the loved one's profile only if the family turns sharing on. You never see the register number, facility, dates or documents.

Training on the seven phases

One session on how the federal system moves, from sentencing to release, and what the first week home looks like.

Work alongside BRAVE Church

BRAVE Church in Denver, the founding church partner, runs church campuses inside two Colorado prisons and leads this effort to have churches ready for people coming home.

What we ask

Three things. They are what make an introduction worth something to the family.

  • Answer introduction requests within a few days. A family waiting on a reply is a family deciding whether to try again.
  • Give us one named contact. A real person we can reach, and who families will meet.
  • Tell us when a family connects, so we can follow outcomes and keep improving the handoff.

How onboarding works

Five steps. How long it takes depends on your church and on when the first family reaches out.

  1. 1
    Listing published

We write your listing with you and publish it in the directory.

  2. 2
    Your contact invited

Your named contact gets an email invite to the partner inbox.

  3. 3
    First sign-in

They sign in, check the listing, and see how introductions arrive.

  4. 4
    Training

One session on the seven phases and what to expect at release.

  5. 5
    First family connected

You answer your first introduction and meet the family.
